You will be responsible for supporting our customers in achieving their diverse recruitment challenges.
Your job involves:
daily communication with customers,
onboarding new customers and users,
delivering training and personalized support,
informing our customers about new features,
collecting customer feedback,
product testing, and
giving input to our software development process.
You'll work closely with our Customer Success Manager Triin, Co-Founder Marie, and Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to deliver a smooth user journey. Intercom, Slack, and Jira will be your everyday companions.

You will succeed in this role if you are proactive, eager to learn new things, and an excellent communicator. You possess exquisite listening skills and the ability to respond quickly and aptly. Making customers happy comes naturally to you.
It will be easier for you if you have previous experience as a Sales, Marketing, or Recruitment Assistant or have worked in an early-stage startup. We expect you to have a bachelor's degree.
You should be fluent in English since you will be at the service of our English-speaking customers. You are efficient, punctual, dutiful, and rarely forget anything.
Specific IT knowledge is not necessary to fill the position. However, we assume you are tech-savvy and interested in awesome, innovative technologies that make everyone’s life easier.
