It's a newly created position you can step in. As an SEO Manager, you will create and execute our SEO strategy to help us grow from 100 to 1000 customers and beyond. You will be part of the Marketing team and report to the Head of Marketing Liina.
Your goal is to ensure that Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Leads will find RecruitLab. You will be responsible for the full range of SEO activities from conducting keyword research to creating relevant content, and distributing it while making sure that the best practices of technical SEO are followed.

We expect you to have at least 3 years of relevant experience from a fast-growing company.
It's a great opportunity for someone who has previously worked as a Full Stack SEO specialist (technical, content, outreach) and would like to take the next step towards a more strategic and senior role.

hands-on experience with both content and technical SEO
good understanding of technical SEO and web performance alongside experience in working with developers on improvements
experience in developing and executing a content strategy and driving organic user acquisition
you have managed a content calendar, including planning, commissioning or writing, publishing, and promoting content
proven experience building high-quality outreach strategies
experience with relevant tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc)
you are data-driven, from traffic numbers to conversion rates, you understand how to measure the performance of your work
you are self-disciplined, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and methodical
it's a plus if you have experience working in a SaaS company
