  • You can work from a different city or country as long as you are available during our core hours (11 AM to 4 PM EEST) and fulfill your duties. It's still a full-time job = 40 hours per week.

  • RecruitLab's HQ is in Tallinn, Estonia 🇪🇪, and you can use the office anytime.

  • We offer relocation assistance if you would like to move to Estonia.

What's the job about?

You'll take the role over from our CEO and Co-Founder Paavo, who has been leading the sales function since day one. As the Head of Sales, you'll play a key role in scaling RecruitLab. You will be part of the management team. 

You'll be responsible for achieving our growth goals in the UK and European markets, building up the sales function, tech stack, and team. Your next milestone is to get us from 100 to 1000 customers and build a repeatable and scalable sales process. 

Our Sales Executives Endrik and Simas, located in Estonia and Lithuania, will welcome you to the Sales team. We plan to grow our Sales team to five people within two years.

We expect you to be hands-on. Market discovery in different countries will be part of your job. Your input to product development and marketing will be highly valued as you will have the information about our target group's main pain points and expectations.
