What's the job about?

You'll be responsible for achieving RecruitLab's monthly growth goals in Europe.

  • You'll manage the sales pipeline from contacting new leads to closing the deals.

  • In our case, leads are contacts who have booked a demo, signed up for a free trial, or participated in our webinars.

  • They are usually recruiters, HR Managers, or recruitment agency CEOs

  • In addition to working with inbound leads, we expect you to have the skills and willingness to work with cold leads as well. 

Your job with a lead is done when you close the deal and hand it over to our Customer Success Managers for further onboarding. Or if the deal is lost, we expect you to give valuable feedback to our product and marketing teams.

Our sales function is currently managed by our CEO Paavo who has built many successful sales organizations. He'll be a great partner for you to brainstorm ideas for new approaches or processes. You'll be part of a sales team of 3, located in Estonia and Lithuania.

Monthly KPIs: number of new deals, number of demos, number of new customers, MRR

Would you be a good fit?

To succeed in this role, you need to be experienced in B2B sales and fluent in English. We expect you to have at least three years of experience as a B2B Sales Executive, preferably working with customers from the UK or EU. 

You'll get extra points for previous experience in a startup or SaaS company.

Settling into your new role will be faster if you have worked as a recruiter, with recruiters, or have experience with some HR or recruitment software.

But if you are eager to learn, don't let your background and previous work experience stop you from applying. 

We are looking for someone who is systematic, ambitious, bold, fast, driven by data, proactive, and great at making new contacts. 

You know how to be polite yet not too serious. You are eager to learn and understand the market specifics and customers' needs. You are determined to help potential customers with your solution, not just hit sales numbers.
