What's the job about?

As an Enterprise Sales Executive at Teamdash, you'll play a key role in expanding our presence in Lithuania.

  • Our overall strategy is centered around a targeted marketing approach (ABM strategy), focusing on reaching and engaging ICPs we have defined.

  • You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals.

  • You will actively participate in industry events, build your network, and engage with decision-makers, such as HR Managers, TA Managers, CEOs, CFOs, and CTOs.

Our sales function is managed by our Co-Founder and COO Marie. You'll be part of a sales team of 5, located in Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia.

✦ Monthly KPIs: new ARR, number of new customers, number of product demos, number of conversations.

Would you be a good fit?

To succeed in this role, you should:

have 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally working with customers from Lithuania and/or across Europe and selling HR or recruitment tech.

✦ have excellent understanding of different hiring processes. You have worked as a recruiter, with recruiters, or have experience selling recruitment software.

✦ be fluent both in Lithuanian and English.

We are looking for someone who is systematic, ambitious, independent self starter, bold, fast, driven by data, proactive, great at making new contacts, and willing to learn.

We need someone who is dedicated to helping Talent Acquisition teams with real solutions, seeing them as people with challenges we can solve, not just numbers.
